Jen Piccotti, Swift Bunny’s Chief Learning Officer, was selected to present her seminar, “Demystifying the Culture Conundrum: Bridging the Gap Between Unity and Diversity”, along with co-presenter Rommel Anacan, at the United Kingdom Apartment Association’s first virtual conference, The Festival of Build to Rent 2020. The conference takes place November 16 – 20, 2020, with this session scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 13:30 GMT.
This educational session was designed for and first delivered at the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) APTvirtual Education Conference on November 3, 2020. The NAA partnered with the United Kingdom Apartment Association (UKAA) to expand the NAA’s reach to global partners beyond the US. As part of this initiative, the NAA shared several sessions from the APTvirtual conference with the UKAA, and this session was specifically requested.
Said Jen Piccotti, “I’m delighted the UKAA has selected this session for their first-ever virtual education conference. Rommel Anacan and I share that the most successful multifamily work teams have a workplace culture that cultivates, develops, and inspires success. However, in a search for unity, organizations often create teams of people who think, look, feel, and sound alike. Bridging the gap between unity and diversity is critical in order to sustain success.” Continued Jen, “I’m heartened to learn that building diverse work teams is top-of-mind for our counterparts in the United Kingdom. Rommel and I are honored to share our expertise and perspective with this audience.”
